While an inspection is not lawfully required during a buy or sell of a home, it is very valuable in the long run. Anyone with a fancy shirt and a clipboard can be considered an inspector in Colorado. I pride myself on being a Nationally Licensed General Contractor, so finding the goods and the bads of your new home is like second nature to me. I’ll find the problems that should be fixed immediately as well as those that will be great improvements to the longevity of your hose.

Knowledge is the Key

The Flood of 2013 left severe damage to the roof, foundation and side paneling of homes in Northern Colorado. Don’t look beyond and buy a house that is severely damaged. I promise to identify where your structure needs improvement. There’s nothing worse than going into your new home and a few years later being faced with a completely new roof replacement due to destruction from prior years.
