We Have Inspection Answers!

You may have a few thoughts lingering in the back of your mind when it comes to home inspections. You could be thinking, why does the brand new house that I’m purchasing need a home inspection, or what happens when my licensed home inspector finds a problem? Luckily for you, at Winding River inspection Services, LLC, we thought you might be thinking about these questions, and because of that, we have the answers you’re looking for!

Inspection, Then Contract

Many people are upset about the fact that they must have a licensed home inspector check out the home before you sign off on your contract. Having a home inspection completed is necessary to keep you safe throughout the home buying process. Sometimes when it comes to buying a home, the contractor will not finish the home off properly, or there will be construction defects found. As a regular person walking the streets, you may not notice the difference in how the defects look, and because of this, you need a licensed home inspector.

Don’t Sweat The Small Stuff

Don’t be alarmed if our home inspector finds an issue with the home you are buying. Construction mishaps happen and there are times where you will be in the process of buying a home when you find something pretty catastrophic that will change your decision about buying the home in the first place. The problems can get hashed out in the buying process, but we will leave that for the next blog. Check back soon and learn how these problems can be solved or contact us for an appointment.
