In fact, we were so impressed with his work that when we decided not to buy the first house Kurt inspected for us, we hired him to inspect the next house (which we are going to buy). Kurt investigated all aspects of the house possible. He not only pointed out minor problems with the house and explained in detail how we could fix those problems, he also taught us about what we need to do to properly maintain our new home. His tips will save us much money and stress for years to come. Kurt also goes above what is expected of him. We needed to have the home’s septic tank inspected, and the plumbing company was going to charge us $160 to locate the tank’s entrance on our two acres.
