Draw Inspection

Winding River Home Inspection Services provides the lending industry with residential and commercial new construction real estate products and services, nationwide. Our draw inspections are designed to reduce lender risk, provide a speedy draw request process and increase audit compliance. Our process saves our customers time and money.

During the construction process we will inspect the residential job site and furnish a report on the status of the project. Our report includes percentage complete of all phases of construction and the total percent complete. We also provide comments concerning any problems noted and pictures.

Draw Inspections include:
