INSPECTION REPORTS: A professional home inspection report should be written using plain everyday English. Just simple understandable words without all the "construction jargon". My report is comprehensive report with detailed descriptions My reports are clear, thorough, concise, easy-to-read and organized so you can find the information you need quickly. I have re-done my "Summary Page" which some people use as a "Punch List". The new formatting breaks down my findings into 3 main sections: Safety/Repair (items that may be used in negotiations), Maintenance/FYI (which is primarily a "honey-do" list), and Education/Information. Most of my reports include many digital photos to help explain things (especially useful for out-of-town buyers). I print ON-SITE and upload the report to my website where you can download using a password. Each individual report is the property of the specific client and it is up to them who they share the information with. The report will be available online for at least 30 days and up to 90 days after the inspection.
