My name is Kurt Nelson, and I am a Nationally Licensed Contractor and the Owner/Lead Inspector of Winding River Inspections, LLC. I've been in business full-time since 1999 have been in the construction/mechanical industry for over 30 years. My diverse background in construction and inspecting has allowed me to be the eyes and ears for many customers whom I've served for three decades. I care about people, and I love helping clients to achieve their dreams. As a property owner myself, I have found that when someone took the time educate me, the whole property-buying/selling process was less stressful and more enjoyable. I like making this difference for others. Having been in your shoes, and understanding how important it is that you are well-informed, I promise to give you the information you need to make important decisions without the fear and stress you might have otherwise expected during one of the most critical, yet exciting, periods in your life.
