About Me

I own the company, and I do all the inspections.  I've been in business full-time since 1999, and I've been in the construction/mechanical industry for over 24 years. My knowledge and background is very diverse and has allowed me to be the eyes and ears for many customers over the years.  I care about people and I love dream-building.  I have bought and sold many properties and have found that when someone takes the time to educate, the whole process is less stressful.  I wanted to make this  difference for others.  I will take the time to to give you the information you need to make an informed - less stressful decision.
